The Tula is a sturdy carrier with a strong foam waistband and ruck straps that fasten with a chest belt. It is a large carrier and typically tends to fit bigger babies upto 2years. It can be used from birth with the use of a newborn insert. The Coast version has a mesh panel to make it cooler for warmer weather
