The Isara Toddler to Preschool Carrier, made of organic cotton, has a sturdy but not thick waistband with a small lumbar support, and crossable straps that can be worn rucksack style. The panel height and width can be adjusted to fit your child (width from 24-58cm and height from 38-55cm), and the carrier can be used on the front, hip and back. 

Recommended for children from 9 months (roughly 8-9kg) to 8 years. It is approved for up to 30kg.
